"We got major problems with the staff. At checking in on 18 March at about 7 p.m. we had to talk lenghtily to the young man at the reception to finally get what we had asked for. Firstly, we were offered a smoking room with one bed, however we ordered a non-smoking room with two beds. In addition, the young man addressed my wife as my daughter, believing to make a nice joke. He also mentioned several times the suggestion to give him 10 dollars for the required changes. We got room 801 which was just repainted (carpet still dirty from painting), despite other rooms available. My wife couldn't sleep with the smell. We had to change roonm at 11 p.m. The change was quickly arranged, however, the promised staff to help us did not show up. When I got to the reception, staffs were discussing amongst themselves. The new room 456 was excellent.
At 4 a.m. we received a call indicating to us that a certain Mr. Johnny Joy would be at room 410. Very strange call.
The next morning at 7 a.m. I wanted to talk to the manager, however, two different receptionists told me that they were the manager on duty.
