"The a/c never woeked. The telephone in the front room never worked. The room contained open lotion and nail clippers left by the prior occupant."

"Re: the reception from 5:30-7:30...suggest better snacks, other
than nachos and pretzels & pretzel mix. Otherwise, everything
was superb (A+)...GREAT breakfast selection and a great value
(included it in the price of the stay!) Quality of food from
room service: superb, along with great and efficient service.
Other comment: A restaurant close-by not connected to a hotel would
have been nice (within walking distance). Sat am: not enough newspapers available
in gift shop to purchase (had to walk across the street)."
